This Check-in & Get Vouchers worth up to RM300,000!* Campaign (“Giveaway”) is organized by Hargapedia. All participants to this Giveaway are subject to these Terms or such other terms and conditions that Hargapedia may impose. Hargapedia reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this Giveaway without any liability to Hargapedia. By participating in this Giveaway, participants are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and versions as subsequently amended. This Giveaway and related prizes (if any) are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotional product bundle outside of this Giveaway. Entries are not transferable or assignable.
Giveaway Period
This Giveaway runs from [13 September 2021 00:00] to [10 October 2021 23:59] (“Giveaway Period”). Hargapedia reserves the right to modify or extend the Giveaway Period at its sole discretion.
Eligibility
- This Giveaway is open to individuals who are Hargapedia app registered users in West Malaysia only.
- Hargapedia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and to disqualify any ineligible person from (i) his/her participation in this Giveaway; and (ii) receipt of any prize and/or require the return of any such prizes awarded. In such an event, Hargapedia reserves the right to select a new winner for the prize and/or dispose of the prize in any manner it deems fit, at its sole discretion
- Users are required to check-in in the Hargapedia app by tapping the “Check-in” button. Once done checking in, users will get all the vouchers from participating brands in their “My Vouchers” in app.
- Different set of vouchers will be given away in 4 different weeks.
- Check-in time for each week is listed as below:
- Week 1: 13 September 2021 00:00 to 19 September 2021 23:59
- Week 2: 20 September 2021 00:00 to 26 September 2021 23:59
- Week 3: 27 September 2021 00:00 to 3 October 2021 23:59
- Week 4: 4 October 2021 00:00 to 10 October 2021 23:59
- Users are required to fill in all the personal information and submit the entry, for those who have filled in their details previously, they are only required to tap “Agree” to agree in participating in this contest.
- Eligibility of lucky draw for the Signature Market Gift Set worth RM448 is subject to below conditions:
- User must check in at least once in this Giveaway.
- User must provide accurate details during registration.
Prizes
Giveaway Procedure
- There will be e-vouchers worth up to RM300,000 to be given away to users who check-in, and there will be a total of 5 sets of Signature Market Gift Set worth RM448 to be given away to 5 lucky winners.
- Hargapedia reserves the right to change the prizes without prior notice.
- Prize are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Hargapedia reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. Hargapedia accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
- Hargapedia will take reasonable steps to advise and adhere to the actual collection/delivery date of all prizes, but will not be responsible for any delays.
- To the extent permitted by law, no representations or warranties are made as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize (or any part of it). Acceptance of any prize will, to the extent permitted by law, constitute a full release and discharge of Hargapedia by each winner from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) this Giveaway; (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize; and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to this Giveaway, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
Winners and Judging Criteria
- For the vouchers, all users who have done checking in will immediately get the vouchers. The vouchers will be put into “My Vouchers”.
- For the Signature Market Gift Set, 5 winners will be randomly selected from all successful check-in entries.
- Submission from duplicated accounts with the same username and email address will be disqualified.
- Participants must check-in in Hargapedia app at least one (1) time in order to be eligible to stand a chance to win the aforementioned prize.
- The winner of this Giveaway will be announced before [30 October 2021] and will be notified by email or by phone. The winner is required to revert to Hargapedia or its designee with confirmation of details eg Full name, address etc (hargapedia@intrack.com.my) within 1-2 working days after the announcement. Hargapedia reserves the right to terminate/forfeit entries if the winner does not respond within the aforementioned deadline.
- The results will be final and Hargapedia will not entertain any appeals. Instructions for prize collection will be given to the winner in the notification. No compensation will be due to the winner who fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time.
- Processing & delivery of the prizes will be delayed if MCO is implemented.
Release and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, each participant, by entering this Giveaway, expressly releases Hargapedia from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway or their prize, if any. Participants will indemnify Hargapedia, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the participant’s breach of any of these Terms.

- Hargapedia is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Giveaway, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
