Complete survey & Win Health Supplements worth RM95 Terms & Conditions

  1. The Hargapedia Health Supplements Survey (“Survey”) is organized by Hargapedia (“Organizer”) commencing on 30th November 2020 and ending on 13th December 2020.  The organizer reserves the right to amend terms, conditions or redemption periods at any period of time without prior notice.  All redemption entries must be made and completed by 13th December 2020.
  2. This Survey is only available for Participants in Peninsular Malaysia. If you are from East Malaysia or from any other parts of the world, you may still complete the survey but will not be eligible for the lucky draw.
  3. Each eligible participant who have completed the Survey will stand a chance to win a Health Supplement worth RM95.
  4. 50 winners will be selected from the total participants, and winners are selected on a random basis.
  5. By participating in this Program, participants agree to be bound by the Program’s Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organizer is final.  Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organizer.
  6. The Organizer and/its partner shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participant’s personal data is protected.
  7. The Organizer, and its partners that associated with this Program and Survey disclaim any and all liability arising and will not be responsible or held liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from any participant’s participation in the challenge, redemption and/or usage of the prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  8. The Organizer, and its partners reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
