Terms & Conditions

This Click, Buy & Win RM400 Lazada Vouchers (“Contest”) is organized by Hargapedia. All participants to this Contest are subject to these Terms or such other terms and conditions that Hargapedia may impose. Hargapedia reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this Contest without any liability to Hargapedia. By participating in this Contest , users are deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and versions as subsequently amended. This Contest and related vouchers (if any) are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotional product bundle outside of this Contest.

Contest Period

This Contest runs from [25 August 2022 00:00] to [11 September 2022 23:59] (“Contest Period”). Hargapedia reserves the right to modify or extend the Contest Period at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

  1. This Contest is open to individuals who are everyone including followers of Hargapedia’s social media, Hargapedia app and Website users in West Malaysia only.
  2. Only Lazada spendings are included in this contest, any other e-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, Zalora & others are not included.
  3. Hargapedia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each user and to disqualify any ineligible person from (i) his/her participation in this Contest; and (ii) receipt of any vouchers and/or require the return of any such voucher awarded. In such an event, Hargapedia reserves the right to select a new user for the voucher and/or dispose of the voucher in any manner it deems fit, at its sole discretion.

Steps to Participate

  1. Participants have to click the URL in any of the Contest banners and Profile page on Hargapedia app, Website or postings on Hargapedia social media to get their unique link.
  2. Participant has to click their unique link each time before they checkout on Lazada so that their spending is recorded.
  3. Participant can share their unique link to more people to get more clicks and more spending will be recorded.
  4. The winners of the campaign will be announced by 23 September 2022.

Tips to Win the Contest

  1. The higher the spending, the higher the chances of being the Top Spender of the Contest.
  2. Every link created is unique, Participant has to get their own link on Hargapedia app, Website, Facebook or Telegram.
  3. Participant has to click their unique link every time before they pay on Lazada so that the spending is recorded each time.
  4. Participant has to click the link again during their next purchase. In other words, Participant has to make sure that every time before they checkout, click the link once to ensure the spending is tracked.
  5. Participant can increase their chances of winning by sharing the link to more people and ask them to click the link before they checkout on Lazada.
  6. Participant has to make sure that the email address is keyed correctly as winners will be contacted via email by 23 September 2022.
  7. The tracking of Participant’s spending is based on 3rd Party tracking company that we use, Hargapedia will follow the tracking provided the aforementioned party which the spending may be lower than the actual value the Participant spend. All tracking results will be solely based on this tracking method and will be final. Hargapedia will not entertain any discretion by the Participants.

Vouchers

  1. There will be total of 1x RM100 Lazada e-voucher, 2x RM50 Lazada e-vouchers and 10x RM20 Lazada e-vouchers to be given away.
  2. The aforementioned e-vouchers will be given out based on the total amount of spending of the participants, starting from the highest spending.
  3. One (1) participant is entitled to get one (1) voucher only.
  4. Winners will only get the e-vouchers after Contest ended.
  5. Hargapedia reserves the right to change the vouchers without prior notice.
  6. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Hargapedia reserves the right to replace any vouchers with another of equivalent value without notice. Hargapedia accepts no responsibility for any variation in the vouchers values.
  7. Hargapedia will take reasonable steps to advise and adhere to the actual collection/delivery date of all vouchers, but will not be responsible for any delays.
  8. To the extent permitted by law, no representations or warranties are made as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any voucher (or any part of it). Acceptance of any voucher will, to the extent permitted by law, constitute a full release and discharge of Hargapedia by each user from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) this Contest; (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the user as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the voucher; and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to this Contest, voucher and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

Judging Criteria

  1. Total spending of each participant will be tracked and recorded. Top Spender will be selected based on the total Lazada spending from 25 August 2022 12am to 11 September 2022 11:59pm.
  2. Minimum requirement
    1. The participant with the highest spending, at the same time has achieved a minimum spending of RM1,000 during contest period, will be entitled to get a RM100 Lazada voucher.
    2. The participants with the second and third highest spending, at the same time have achieved a minimum spending of RM500 during contest period, will be entitled to get a RM50 Lazada voucher
    3. 10 subsequent top spenders who have achieved a minimum spending of RM200 will be entitled to get a RM10 Lazada voucher.
    4. First and Second prize winners who does not fulfill the abovementioned minimum spending requirement, will be entitled to get the next level of prize.
    5. Third prize winners who does not fulfill the abovementioned minimum spending requirement, will not be entitled for any prize although they are the Top 13 Spenders of the Campaign.
  3. Winners who have won will be notified by Hargapedia after the Contest ended by email or by phone before [23 September 2022]. The user is required to revert to Hargapedia or its designee with confirmation of details e.g. Full name, email address etc (hargapedia@intrack.com.my) within 1-2 working days after the notification is sent. Hargapedia reserves the right to terminate/forfeit qualification if the user does not respond within the aforementioned deadline.
  4. The results will be final and Hargapedia will not entertain any appeals. Instructions for voucher collection will be given to the user in the notification. No compensation will be due to the user who fails to claim the voucher within the stipulated time.
  5. Only Lazada spendings are included in this contest, any other e-Commerce platforms such as Shopee, Zalora & others are not included.

Release and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each user, by entering this Campaign, expressly releases Hargapedia from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or their voucher, if any. Users will indemnify Hargapedia, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the user’s breach of any of these Terms.

Disclaimers

  1. Hargapedia is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. (d) The Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, [Facebook, Instagram, etc.] (“Third Party”). Participation in the Campaign assumes the acceptance of the Third Party’s terms and conditions of use.
  2. This Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to:
